We offer multiple shifts and do our best to keep you working close to your preferred area.Pay Range: $21-$23.50hrWhat We're Looking for in Caregiver ApplicantsWillingness to perform all levels of care - including peri/personal care and transfers or be willing to learn!Valid driver's license and current auto insurance to transport clients in their own vehicle – mileage reimbursement provided!Availability needed weekdays and weekends, daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Weekend availability is a huge plusWilling to work in the Junction City, Creswell, and Cottage Grove areasBilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are strongly encouraged to applyShift examples include (but are not limited to): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?We Equip You: Become a professional caregiver with our support. Apply, and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Oregon only: If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
