House Cleaner

Join the Two Maids - Gilbert team in Mesa, AZ, as a House Cleaner and help us create sparkling homes! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in our clients' lives.

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm or until finished (NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
• W2 commission for each home serviced
• TIPS
• Weekly Bonus Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
• Follow company protocols for cleaning products and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in cleaning procedures.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (You will use your own vehicle to travel to and from houses)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
• Passion for cleaning and helping others maintain their homes.
