DISTRICT MANAGER | ON-PREMISE OPERATIONS

Confidential Hospitality & Entertainment Group | Jacksonville, FL

$95,000–$110,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

We’re conducting a confidential search for a Jacksonville-based District Manager to join an established, growing hospitality and entertainment organization with a portfolio spanning Florida, Philadelphia, and Myrtle Beach.

This is a newly created leadership position designed to support continued growth across the organization. You'll partner closely with senior operations leadership while overseeing approximately 8–10 high-volume locations, developing General Managers, driving operational performance, and helping shape the next chapter of a growing portfolio.

The concept is rooted in the energy of nightlife, entertainment, and hospitality, with locations in destination markets across the country.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of 8–10 locations
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and location leadership teams
• Drive sales, profitability, labor management, guest experience, and operational execution
• Analyze location performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures
• Build strong relationships with location leaders and create a culture of accountability
• Support recruiting, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
• Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives and strategic priorities
• Conduct regular location visits and provide hands-on support where needed
• Help implement best practices across the portfolio
• Serve as a key connection between field operations and executive leadership

The Travel: This is a high-travel, multi-unit leadership role.

The portfolio currently spans:

• South Florida — Fort Lauderdale through Miami Beach
• Jacksonville
• Philadelphia
• Myrtle Beach

You should be comfortable with a weekly travel rotation and spending meaningful time in the field. The company covers airfare, lodging, mileage, and approved travel expenses.

You'll be Jacksonville-based while having the opportunity to lead across multiple destination markets.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven multi-unit hospitality operator—not someone who simply wants a bigger title.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Multi-unit leadership experience in bars, nightlife, sports bars, entertainment, or high-volume hospitality
• Experience leading multiple General Managers or location leaders
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• A track record of developing leaders and improving performance
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Corporate multi-unit experience is strongly preferred.

Comparable backgrounds may include leaders from organizations such as Bar Louie, Punch Bowl Social, Dave & Buster's, Yard House, sports bar groups, nightlife concepts, or other high-volume entertainment-driven hospitality organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$110,000 base salary, with flexibility based on experience
• Quarterly bonus eligibility

• Company-paid 95% of employee-only insurance coverage

• 401(k) after one year
• 40% company match on employee contributions up to 6%
• Company-paid airfare, lodging, mileage, and approved travel expenses

You are not afraid of late nights, busy weekends, travel, or high-volume environments. You enjoy developing leaders, solving problems, and creating consistency across multiple locations. Most importantly, you're ready to step into a role where your influence extends well beyond a single restaurant.
