Delivery Specialist (Catering) - Part Time

Our team of professionals have a passion for creating memorable experiences with our artfully crafted, mouth-watering cuisine and our exceptional service. Monumental Food is our corporate catering company here in Arlington, VA. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and delicious food delivered right to their offices. If you're passionate about food, customer service, and logistics, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities:

• Timely Delivery: Deliver catering orders promptly and efficiently to various corporate offices in the Arlington/DC metro area.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food items are properly packaged, labeled, and presented to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Equipment Set-up: Unloading and loading tables and small equipment, as needed.
• Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and minimize delays.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to handle last-minute changes or additional delivery requests.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry catering trays and equipment.
• Customer-Focused: Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation.
• Experience: Previous catering or food delivery experience is a plus.
