DESCRIPTION Position Overview:
As a Catering Prep & Events Chef, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our culinary vision for events of all sizes. You will work closely with our culinary team to prepare high-quality dishes, coordinate event logistics, and ensure seamless execution on-site. From menu planning to final presentation, your attention to detail and culinary expertise will elevate every aspect of our catering service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to execute innovative menus that exceed client expectations and align with event themes and dietary preferences.
- Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation.
- Execute on-site food preparation and service during events, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef in a catering or events setting, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles.
- Creative flair and passion for culinary innovation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with clients and vendors.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate event schedules.
